CHAOS Coach [Creativity Humor And Other Stuff], Kelly Boon provides global presentations reviving the creative spirit and giving permission to laugh out-loud! Kelly's dream is to experience a vibrant world smiling and belly laughing together.

Kelly empowers individuals to become active team players in an environment that promotes trust and engages brain-power through laughter and creativity. Learning how to laugh at ourselves while taking our work seriously not only promotes a healthier work environment, but produces powerful results! Kelly’s unique methods of engaging her audiences through public speaking and trainings are highly interactive and transforming.

Recognized internationally as a leader in employing art and humor in everyday living, she and her red noses have become somewhat of an icon...even as far away as Kofu, Japan.

Her creative and unconventional approach has been woven into her work throughout Kelly’s life: modeling as the "human color wheel" while teaching color theory to her 7th grade classes and implementing creativity and the arts into a nationally recognized conference while serving on the State of Iowa, Lt. Governor’s Committee on Diversity.

Most recently Kelly founded pARTners Unlimited arts programming in 2001, a non-profit that transforms lives through the creative arts in Iowa prisons and youth facilities. Kelly helped program participants develop self-worth giving them belief in themselves to live their dreams. Finding the "fun" in dysfunction in our lives that partners programs provided, demonstrated how we could all benefit and become richer through more laughter and creativity...and CHAOS was born!

Kelly believes in taking herself lightly and her work seriously. She performs with "Off the Cuff" IMPROV group and continues to Salsa dance around the world. She is a professional artist and shows her work nationally.
